Suggested Use
Spray into mouth, inhale deeply three times, then swallow remaining liquid.
Age 12+: 6 sprays 3x daily.

I was recently hospitalised twice for Pneumonia and just diagnosed with Emphysema. Very short of breath and often experience chest congestion that is hard to clear. Till I discovered Allertrex. It provides much greater relief than the pharmaceutical inhalers prescribed by my doctor. I am still using the steroid and preventative inhalers but have not needed to use Ventolin rescue inhalers at all since starting to use Allertrex thrice daily as recommmended . I am hoping that with continued use my lungs will heal and I will be able to wean myself off the pharmaceutical drugs entirely. For anyone reading this who suffers with COPD my oximeter readings tell the story fully. Prior to using Allertrex my readings hovered around 89-90 most of the time and rarely went above 92 . After using Allertrex they now rarely drop below 92 and are often at 96 or even 98 !! A really fabulous product.
