BATH & BODY FOR GAPS

Your skin is one of the major detoxification organs.  GAPS promotes the avoidance of soap, bath foams and shampoo where ever possible.  Dr Natasha recommens the following suggestion for detox bathing.

Have a bath every night: the first night use 1/2 cup of Epsom salt. On the second night add Aalgo Seaweed Powder to the bath. This is good for sensitive skin conditions such as eczema and provides an excellent source of minerals to help detoxify (add 3-5 tablespoons of the powder to the bath water).  On the third night, add half a cup of apple cider vinegar. Last but not least, you can add pure bicarbonate of soda or sea salt to your bath. Continue alternating these bath remedies to aid in improving your detoxification pathways.
