I understand that I will be charged $45 per 15 minute intervals should my consultation exceed the scheduled time frame within this package. In doing so, I give authority to GAPS Diet Australia to recharge my credit card and edit my consultation invoice. *

This Complete Consultation Package includes all three consultations bundled in one payment with a discount applied. When paid for in advance at the time of your booking, this package offers a $20 discount with the exception of the following additional costs:

Additional assessments required for additional people charged at $75 per person (charged with this bundle package when selected)

Extended consultation time: if the appointment runs over time, the patient will be charged for this time at the time of each individual appointment.

This Consultation Package includes the following

Initial Consultation: Nutrition Analysis & Preliminary Preparation Plan - 2 hrs

Second Consultation: Nutrition Intervention Plan - 1.5 hrs

Third Consultation: Follow up - 45 minutes
