GAPS Nutrition Consultancy Cancellation and Refund Policy

GAPS Nutrition Consultancy will provide a partial refund to clients wishing to cancel a scheduled appointment. Due to the level of disruption a cancellation can incur to business procedures and allocated time slots, a $45.00 Cancellation Fee will apply. This fee is also designed to cover the administrative time in setting up appointments and the time consumed in reviewing Nutrition Analysis Reports and development of Nutrition Intervention Plans. If an appointment simply needs to be rescheduled, a cancelation fee will not apply, however all rescheduled appointments will need to take place within a three month period from the date the consultation was purchased and booked. Additional fees will apply for any posted Consultation Package materials that were sent in advance prior to your appointment.
