Almond butter
This fermented almond butter is delicious. I buy it often.
This spread is made from 100% organic almonds sourced from Australia and USA. The almonds are activated by soaking them in water, sea salt and apple cider vinegar for 12 hours and then dehydrating them at a low temperature for 48 hours. Activating the almonds destroys some of the anti-nutrients which improves the absorption of minerals in the nuts and aids digestion. After activating the almonds we blend them into a thick and delicious nut butter.
