Green Pastures Cod Liver Oil
My husband and I are not keen on seafood and prefer to take cod liver oil about twice a week instead. Since we have been taking this we don't catch any viruses that seem to circulate through the community and if we get a bacterial infection we take CLO daily until the infection is gone. I cannot imagine not having this in my medicine cabinet. I am actually moderately allergic to CLO but the benefits far outweigh a possible allergic reaction. I have found that taking CLO twice a week with food doesn't seem to cause any allergic reaction. My husband is a very healthy, active 91 year old. He has prostate cancer (returned after 15 years) that is progressing very slowly and doesn't require any treatment. He also has Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia which is very low and doesn't require any treatment. At his age his skin is quite thin and it doesn't take very much to break the skin and become infected. He takes CLO and it heals very quickly. I would not consider taking a CLO that was not fermented. I have had undiagnosed health problems for most of my life and recently come across "Leaky Gut" I am quite sure that this has been my problem and I credit "Fermented CLO" for keeping me resilient enough that the Leaky Gut did not develop into a more serious , possibly life threatening illness. I am 70 years old and hoping that my later years will be healthier thanks to "Fermented CLO" and a better understanding of my health issues.
