GAPS 4 Day Retreat: Payment in Full
Who is the retreat for?
With all the educational components put together for guests to learn and understand the GAPS Program, we do not recommend this retreat to be suitable for children under the age of 15.
This program is focused on the parent or adult wishing to embark on their GAPS journey for the first time for themselves or family or to fine tune their current relationship with healing food and the GAPS Protocol. We have some rooms reserved for couples, singles and other share rooms for friends who wish to share and explore the GAPS retreat experience together.
It is a place to have a break from cooking, working, parenting and all the other things you may be committed and connected to. Here you will unwind, feel at home and be nurtured and nourished in a way that you deserve.
Our rates are calculated from the base rate set out in the shopping cart from economy room rate to the deluxe cabin rooms. Please select your room type and rate by choosing from the Room Rate Type above. Upon selection, your room rate balance may change depending on what room type you have selected. Selecting Optional extras will also facilitate an additional charge to your total according to the service you have chosen. If you are booking as a couple and both wish to book an optional extra item, please contact our sales staff at [email protected] with your request and we will amend your order and book you both in.
All room rates include costs for all retreat meals, events and activities with the exception of optional extras over the 4 retreat days.
Deluxe Share Cabins for Queen Couple Rooms & Double Single Rooms
Each cabin contains two spacious bedrooms with a share bathroom, kitchen, dining, lounge and two decks.
The Queen bedroom is reserved for couples at $4,250 per couple at a discounted rate
The Double bedroom is reserved for singles at $2,500 per person
Deluxe Private Pool Rooms for Single King Rooms & Ensuite
Pool Rooms are independent private bedrooms with a private ensuite.
The Pool Room is reserved for singles at $2,350 per person

Economy Guest Wing Share Rooms for Double & Single Beds
These guest wing rooms are share rooms containing two rooms with two double beds per room and one room with two king single beds within. This room is available to guests who wish to book under an economy rate.
There are two share bathrooms for guests to access down the hall and across at the function room.
The Guest Wing Share Room: Double Bed is reserved for singles at $2,000 per person.
The Guest Wing Share Room: Single King Bed is reserved for singles at $1,850 per person. (Best economy rate)
Bookings can be processed in full or you may choose our Payment Plan Package to process your booking with our 3 month payment plan. This plan outlines your first payment for 50% of the advertised room rates plus any optional extras selected and the second payment is an authorised automatic payment for the balance of the room rate only and is due three months later. The Payment Plan incurs a $25 fee per payment transaction whereas the Full Payment does not. Payment plans are only available up to the 1st December 2018, as to which any bookings made after this time will require payment in full.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Life happens! We understand that sometimes unexpected events may force a guest to withdraw from attending the retreat. If this should happen to you, we have put into place the following refund/cancellation policy to serve as a guideline to determine the refund to which you are entitled.
If paid in full - by selecting a tick in the box for the Cancellation & Refund Policy, you agree that if you withdraw up to 90 days or more before the retreat, that you will only receive a 50% refund of all room rates and services paid minus a $100 administrative fee. If paid in full - and you withdraw within 60 days or less before the first day of the retreat event, you agree that no refund will be given.
If you have selected the payment plan and only paid the 50% deposit - by selecting a tick in the box for the Refund & Cancellation Policy, you agree that no refund will be given.
This policy is put in place to protect the impact on our booking schedule due to the limited time we may have available to find another guest to fill your place, however if you are able to find a replacement within a reasonable time frame to attend in your place, we are happy to give you a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
By assigning a tick in the Cancellation and Refund Policy box above in the required fields, you agree to the terms and conditions here within and understand that your refund request must be applied in writing to the GAPS Administrative Help Desk at [email protected] You also acknowledge and understand that the Director at GAPS Diet Australia reserves the right to cancel the retreat given the need to do so and that if this occurs, you will be granted a full refund. Cancellations must be addressed to the Director and submitted in a written email to [email protected]
Retreat Preparations & Planning
You will receive an email from our Administration department advising on preparations for the retreat soon after you process your payment. Please allow 1-2 working days to receive this.
