GAPS Comments
For people following the GAPS program: this intervention should be used as a last resort if all steps to alleviate constipation fails. Magnesium oxide should only be used when nothing else you do is working or when children blatantly refuse to have an enema. The problem with magnesium oxide is that it is a short term solution to a long term problem. Beyond this, it is essential to treat constipation with the GAPS nutrition interventions such as sour cream, beet kvass, cooked beetroot and lots of animal fats etc. Magnesium Oxide should be taken at separate times from other supplements or medications so that the rapid emptying of the bowel does not disrupt their purpose. It is best taken on an empty stomach 2 hours after any other supplements etc.
Oxy-Powder is an excellent intestinal cleaner. Safe, non-habit forming, easy to take, gives good results if directions followed exactly. Have used it for years for autistic children who tend towards having 'mega" bowel problems. Now an elderly adult family member (experiencing years of constipation) finally agreed to try ... results were exceptional and he is very much relieved. Oxy-P is good for all ages.

I came across this product on a blog about fasting and how helpful this is to take whilst fasting. I have done water fasts for 14 days many times in the past decades but have only ever had a bowel movement on the 1st and 2nd day of fasting. I couldn't believe how brilliantly this worked. I received this product on the tail end of my fast and couldn't believe that I had a bowel movement the next morning and it still worked 3 days later from 1 dose. I will be using this as a regular thing and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay clean inside.

Can't live without!! I suffer from the worst constipation from nerve damage to my bowels (bowel neuropathy) from chemo 8 years ago & I've tried & done everything you can think of & nothing worked but the odd colonics. I ate very strict & no matter what I took, it would stop working after 2 days of use. I was concerned oxy-powder was going to do the same but it works every time. Been on it for 4 months & has changed my life. I'm still taking it every night but hoping I can cut it down if it helps to heal my gut. Honestly I haven't been able to work in 8 years as because it caused so many problems, the bloating was ridiculous. I can now eat more foods & fruit which I couldn't before. Please don't ever stop selling it as it has literally saved my life.

Have struggled on and off over many years with a tendency to constipation. Oxy-powder has been a lifesaver. I only need to use it a couple of times a week or if I travel and everything gets out of sync!
I love Oxy Powder it works every time. I had been using it for years. Then I had a break from it. Now that it is available in Australia I have started again. I have a sluggish bowel and struggle with constipation. This has worsen as I am getting older. Oxy powder always works, is gentle and effective. I hope it is available forever on this site. I have been using Oxy powder for almost 6 months now. I use it 3 times a week to make sure that I have regular bowel movements on a daily basis. This product also stops most of the toxins from being absorbed into the body through your intestine.
