This beautifully rendered beef dripping is perfect for GAPS cooking and roasting. Animal fats are the best fats to cook with because they do not change their chemical structure when heated. Natural animal fats provide all the right nutrients for restoring immunity, gut permeability and the nervous system.
Although not a certified organic item, this product has been produced from grass fed cattle that have not been treated with antibiotics and other chemical inputs. The green pastures to which they are raised have not been treated with any chemical sprays and the farming practices are old school with traditional approaches that cultivate and maintain the land in it’s natural and untouched state.

Shelf life: Approx. 12 months at room temperature. Keep in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Or, store in the fridge for a longer lasting shelf life.
