WHOLEFOOD FAMILY FERMENTS

Following traditional wild fermentation methods with the craft of lactic acid fermentation, Jane Jenkinson (a GAPS Mum) has crafted a beautiful selection of probiotic food for her family and the GAPS community. Having worked formally as a nurse, she turned her caring nature into focusing on healing her family through nourishing the gut with wild fermentation.  Jane established her business "Wholefood Family" in 2013 and continues to share her knowledge teaching others with her fermentation classes and production of wholefood goodness in a jar.  We are so happy to be sharing her delicious products with you.
